Alumni NewsRyan Named Superintendent in Sioux City DioceseDan Ryan, Saint Albert Class of 1989, has been appointed Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Sioux City. Dan is presently the principal at St. Paul the Apostle School in Davenport, Iowa. He has led this preschool through eighth grade school, with a student population of 550, since 2003. Dan earned a bachelors and masters in history from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He received his teaching certificate from Adams State College in Alamosa, Colo. and his principal licensure from the University of Phoenix in Colorado. Dan recently received his superintendent’s license from the University of Northern Iowa and he is presently working on his doctorate in education. Congratulations and best wishes on this achievement.
