Transcript Request

All alumni may request a copy of their transcripts from Saint Albert by contacting the Jr/Sr High Counselor at

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Your name while attending Saint Albert

• Graduation year

• Date of birth

• Phone number where you can be reached during the day

• Complete address to which the transcript should be sent

• Mail or drop off $5 transcript fee (we do not accept credit card payment)

Mail fee to:

Council Bluffs, IA 51503.

The transcript fee also may be dropped off at the High School office any weekday between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
